Product Installation Process

Step 2: Preparation

Step 3: On-Site Installation
Equipment, personnel, tools, and lighting products are delivered to the site.
Luminaire installation begins according to the approved plan.
Fixture height and positioning are confirmed with the designer to ensure alignment with the design intent.
Step 4: Lighting System Testing
After installation, the entire system is tested.
Lighting data is measured using professional instruments to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Step 5: Project Acceptance
On-site acceptance is carried out jointly with the designer or client.
Step 6: Operation and After-Sales Briefing
Instructions for luminaire operation and maintenance are provided.
Customers are advised to retain the official invoice as proof of purchase to protect warranty rights.
After-sales service procedures and warranty terms are explained,
and contact information is provided for future support.
