- Installation cost, labor hours, and manpower evaluation are assessed.
Step 2: Preparation
- Pre-installation confirmation of equipment and tools.
- Confirmation of installation schedule and assigned personnel.
Step 3: On-Site Installation
- Equipment, personnel, tools, and lighting products are delivered to the site.
- Luminaire installation begins according to the approved plan.
- Fixture height and positioning are confirmed with the designer to ensure alignment with the design intent.
Step 4: Lighting System Testing
- After installation, the entire system is tested.
- Lighting data is measured using professional instruments to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Step 5: Project Acceptance
- On-site acceptance is carried out jointly with the designer or client.
Step 6: Operation and After-Sales Briefing
- Instructions for luminaire operation and maintenance are provided.
- Customers are advised to retain the official invoice as proof of purchase to protect warranty rights.
After-sales service procedures and warranty terms are explained,
and contact information is provided for future support.
