Product Warranty Policy

01 Warranty Period

  • The warranty period starts from the invoice date.
  • All lighting products are covered by a three-year warranty.
  • The warranty primarily covers the driver and LED components.
  • Radiant Opto-Electronics reserves the right to provide warranty service through repair or replacement.
  • If a product is discontinued during the warranty period, it will be replaced with a product of equal or higher value.

02 Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

  • After customer acceptance, visible exterior parts of the luminaire are not covered under warranty.
  • Non-electronic components (such as acrylic light guide plates, cables, housings, accessory kits, and manuals) are excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions and precautions stated in the product manual or packaging.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, abnormal voltage, natural causes, force majeure, human vandalism, or improper operation.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or use in environments or conditions not compliant with product specifications.
  • Damage caused by disassembly, reassembly, unauthorized modification, replacement of parts or internal structures, or improper storage conditions.
  • Any issues or failures deemed by Radiant Opto-Electronics Lighting as resulting from abnormal use.

03 Other Important Notes

  • During the warranty period, installation and repair services are provided free of charge (limited to areas where Radiant Opto-Electronics provides installation services).
  • The company reserves the right to modify warranty terms. Any changes to warranty service content will be announced on the official website.
  • All products are covered by NTD 10 million product liability insurance.
  • If special warranty conditions apply to specific products, the terms agreed upon in the contract between both parties shall prevail.

Warranty Service Process

If a product malfunction occurs and meets warranty conditions, please contact us via(email:lighting@radiant.com.tw/LINE Online Customer Service)Please provide the invoice or purchase date, purchaser's name, purchase region, contact information, and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will contact you accordingly.

Step 2

Our customer service representatives will assist you with repair-related information. Repairs for products within the warranty period will be handled by us.

步驟三

Step 3

The required repair time will be evaluated based on the extent of product damage, and a response will be provided after overall assessment.
